The new AXA workplace brought together staff from separate sites around Melbourne's CBD to create 'one AXA' and established the institution's new head office for the Asia Pacific region.

A modest ten storeys high, the $250 million project boasts some 65,000 m2 and the “groundscraper” is in fact the equivalent of an average 30 storey building. The campus style building accommodated 2,200 employees, plus a child care centre for 95, as well as above ground parking and a gym. 

Construction of this exciting ‘campus-style’ office development was completed in late 2007 with AXA occupying the building in early 2008. Bridget Fea’s (Noble & Co.’s founding director) overall responsibility included the design and delivery of the 36,000sqm Commercial Fitout + acted as Lessee’s Representative between Developer (Grocon) and AXA.
