Martin Place Metro Station serves Martin Place, Australia’s premier civic square in the heart of Sydney’s Central Business District. Connected to the city’s new Sydney Metro line, the new Martin Place Metro Station is the first fully integrated station development in Australia. With over five levels of retail, hospitality and service offerings, the station is one of the largest transport exchanges on the new line connecting the existing Metro North West Line through the city and on to Sydney’s southwest in 2025.

The project reflects the consolidation of Macquarie Group’s occupation into a singular Head Office address- reflecting an exemplar sustainability aspiration and to build a precinct that reflects “A Place for Everyone”.

Noble & Co. were engaged to provide Retail Development and Tenancy Delivery Management services to support the internal Macquarie Management team.

Notable successes included securing the first Sydney CBD outpost for LUNE Croissanterie (Lune Sydney) and ETYMON to deliver a two level flagship Hospitality venue.
