1 Elizabeth Street, Sydney (as part of the new Sydney Metro Martin Place)
Noble & Co. was engaged to provide Retail Development and Tenancy Delivery Management services in support of Macquarie’s internal management team.
Martin Place Metro Station, located in Sydney’s Central Business District, is a key transport hub serving Australia’s premier civic square. As part of the city’s new Sydney Metro line, it is the first fully integrated station development in the country. Over multiple levels of retail, hospitality, and service offerings, the station is one of the largest transport exchanges on the network, linking the existing Metro North West Line through the city and extending to Sydney’s southwest by 2025.
This project consolidates Macquarie Group’s headquarters into a single location, embodying a strong commitment to sustainability while fostering a precinct designed as “A Place for Everyone.”
Key achievements included securing LUNE Croissanterie’s first Sydney CBD outpost (Lune Sydney) and partnering with ETYMON to establish a two-level flagship hospitality venue.
