The 39-level building reaches approximately 167 metres high and offers 30 office floors (66,000 sqm) of Grade A office accommodation with immediate access to Melbourne’s laneway network and retail core.

A stunning addition to the CBD core, providing A Grade Accommodation and an artisanal retail laneway connecting Bourke and Little Collins. 405 Bourke Street offers unique large scale, open plan floor plates from 2,200 sqm. The building will open with NAB as its anchor tenant. Bridget Fea’s (Noble & Co.’s founding director) role was to lead the retail vision, compile and present the retail strategy to secure the anchor tenant and manage the initial leasing campaign. The building was completed in Q3 2021.
