With the acquisition of key Commercial assets sitting adjacent to Brookfield Place, there was never a better time to invest, rejuvenate and re-mix the retail strategy at the Ground Plane of this key CBD Street.

The inclusion of 32, 36, 50 and 60 Carrington Street assets allowed the formation of a Landlord led Stakeholder movement including Sydney Council, TfNSW, adjacent landowners to influence and improve the greater Wynyard Precinct, taking in the laneway activation with retail, capital improvements to Wynyard Park and the complete refurbishment of 36 Carrington Street.
