Noble & Co were instrumental in securing, negotiating and executing the new Flagship Store for Dyson- the first to market in Australia, the culmination of over two years of hard work, tenacity and vision.

The Dyson Demo store is a unique retail space combining a heritage listed building with modern triple height glass box. This incredible new store was designed to allow customers to experience, learn and enjoy the Dyson range of products- a first in Australia.

Creating an exciting, dynamic and fluid shopping experience, the store showcases Dyson’s latest technology in an immersive environment and I believe, setting a new benchmark for retail spaces on George Street in Sydney.

Our involvement extended to management of the Agreement For Lease obligations and strategic advice during the Fitout construction phase and Authority approvals.
