The Challenge

Dyson had a bold vision: Australia's first standalone Dyson Demo store — a flagship retail experience on George Street, Sydney, combining a heritage-listed building with a striking modern triple-height glass box. Realising this vision required more than two years of sustained effort, navigating complex site conditions, heritage constraints, authority approvals, and a highly specific fitout brief in one of Sydney's most prominent retail corridors.

What We Delivered

Noble & Co. was instrumental in securing, negotiating, and executing the George Street flagship from end to end. Our role included site identification and lease negotiation, Agreement for Lease management, authority approval strategy, and strategic advisory throughout the fitout construction phase — ensuring the project stayed on track from concept through to opening.

The Outcome

The successful opening of Australia's first Dyson Demo store — an immersive, technology-led retail destination on George Street that set a new benchmark for brand experience retail in Sydney's CBD, and demonstrated what specialist retail advisory can deliver on a complex, long-lead flagship project.
