Brookfield Place, Sydney (formerly Wynyard Place).

Brookfield Place ($2 Billion) is a true mixed-use development- transforming into a world-class urban precinct in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, above a new transit hall at Wynyard Station.

The project includes ~75,000 sqm of premium office and retail spaces, first-class facilities and ground plane and laneway activations and was largely completed in late 2021. The restored heritage buildings of Shell House and 285 George Street, premium retail spaces, and a world-class Transit Hall for Wynyard Station are sweeping changes that improve the public domain. New pedestrian connections link George Street to Carrington Street, with generously expanded and integrated retail and hospitality tenancies. The result is a fully integrated Transit Oriented Development with a world-class identity and revitalisation of Carrington Street as one of Sydney’s premium addresses.

It was the first project in Sydney to successfully receive and complete a NSW State Government unsolicited proposal (USP).
