ICPF with Manulife Financial Corporation will deliver the new 39 Martin Place integrated station precinct. This includes the new Southern entry for the Martin Place Metro Station, a new Commercial building above the station, Martin Place Flagship Retail, Concourse Retail, new underground pedestrian connections and improvements to the public domain.

Noble & Co. were engaged to provide advice and support to the internal ICPF management team with regard to the Retail Strategy and Retail Delivery framework.
