Stage 1 _ Retail Strategy
•Barrack Place is an 18-storey, A-Grade commercial address at the gateway to the emerging western corridor of Sydney’s Central Business District.
•The precinct bounded by York, King, Kent and Erskine Streets includes several significant heritage items and retains elements of the traditional warehouse quarter of Central Sydney. A fine grain network of laneways defines the highly permeable ground plane with through-site links, boutique commercial and small retail tenancies.
•Noble & Co. were enagaged to prepare an updated retail strategy to re-energise the precinct. We also considered additional areas or built environment opportunities to improve visibility, trade exposure or operations - outside of the Retail dynamics.
