Completion of a $200 million upgrade (in mid 2021) – including a new five level podium which is perfectly positioned on one of the most highly visible corners in the CBD.

With the newly pedestrianised George Street, the opportunity was perfectly timed to completely reimagine 388 George Street to become one of the most highly visible corners in the CBD. 

Complete repositioning of 388 George Street as an A-Grade commercial office building, as well as new Luxury Flagship retail opportunities on both George and King Streets and a five-level pavilion. The project strategy called for the rejuvenation of the iconic 1970s building and the 28-level structure into a contemporary, world-class mixed-use development in the heart of Sydney, incorporating first to market Locali by Romeos (Italian curated food hall), an intimate rooftop F&B, as well as new homes for Cartier and Bally.
