Macquarie Group will deliver the new Sydney Metro Martin Place integrated station precinct. This will include the new Martin Place Metro Station, two new Commercial buildings , Retail and a new underground pedestrian connections and improvements to the public domain.

It will reflect the consolidation of Macquarie Group’s occupation into a singular Head Office address- reflecting an exemplar sustainability aspiration and to build a precinct that reflects “A Place for Everyone”. It will become a vital cog not only as a key transit node, but also as contemporary urban experience with many new offerings that will bring workers, residents, commuters, and visitors together.

Noble & Co. were engaged to provide Retail Development and Tenancy Delivery Management services to support the internal Macquarie Management team.

Notable successes included securing the first Sydney CBD outpost for LUNE Croissanterie (Lune Sydney) and ETYMON to deliver a two level flagship Hospitality venue.
